If you don’t find the desired product in our albums, please send an image of the product you want to our customer service team. They will promptly assist you in placing your order.

If you’re interested in handbags, shoes, or any other products not listed in our product albums, please contact us directly. Kindly provide the product image, model number, or link of the item you’re interested in. Furnishing more details will assist us in efficiently and quickly locating the merchandise in our factory.

Our products are sold at low prices. There are usually no discounts. If you have questions please contact us.

Default : include authentic card, care book, dust bag.

All bag with same serial number as authentic, it’s easy to do the code, you can contact us to show some sample.

Can provide : shopping paper bag, brand box, store receipt but we need charge extra shipping fee, tell us if need it.

Quality

We provide two quality grades for our items: 1) top quality and 2) high quality. It’s important to note that we do not offer low-quality or cheap items.

To guarantee top-quality products, we conduct thorough quality control checks before shipping your order. If you prioritize the highest quality and are willing to pay for it, please let us know before placing your order.

Our product range features items crafted by various artisans, leading to varying prices. While minor differences in details may occur, our main focus is on ensuring that the items you receive closely resemble our product photos.

isn’t everyone can afford authentic bag, but someone even can’t afford an top quality replica stuffs.

Some supplier show your original quality bags photos, but send the worst quality bags to you.

We can send quality control photos before shipping.(If you have this requirement, please let us know) Paid customers : could request us take an actual photos of your item . Unpaid customers : could request us take an actual photos of other customers item , if you want know quality of our bags.

Payment

Currently, we accept PayPal, Western Union, bank transfers, WeChat Pay, and Alipay for payments.

We also provide options for payment using debit and credit cards. Presently, we accept MasterCard, Visa Card, American Express Card, and JCB card. Please note that our debit and credit card payments are processed through PayPal.

If you encounter any issues with payment, please don’t hesitate to contact us promptly.

The standard payment condition is prepayment. If you encounter any issues with the quality of the products after receiving them, please contact us immediately. We will assist you with the return procedure.

Shipment

The shipping time will vary based on where you are located and whether the product you order is in stock. We will notify you the estimated delivery time of your item. If your items is in stock, we will deliver it to you within 5-15 working days.

Within 3 working days after you finish payment, we will send detailed list which is including: order number, payment time, tracking number of the express, payment sum, products’name purchased, and amount, expiration date, probably deliver time.

Your order is shipped by E-packet/China Post Registered Air Mail .(If fast shipping is required, additional DHL / EMS shipping charges can be paid.)

Orders should arrive to you in 5-15 business days from the date your order was shipped. In some cases, due to international customs it can take longer, please check with your local customs authorities to find out the time estimates for receiving international parcels.

Delivery times may be longer during the January- February period. (*Estimated time only, may vary).in order to help you to tracking your order, we will offer the tracking number to you as soon as possible.

We ship world widely.

The delay doesn’t happen often. But if there is any significant delay with your order we will contact you immediately.

We will keep contacting you from the time your order is placed. When your bags/handbags is sent out,we will provide you with a shipment tracking number at our own discretion.

This tracking number will automatically be emailed to you. Meanwhile, you will receive our notification.So you do not have to email us asking if your package has been shipped

Shipping using E-packet/China Post Registered Air Mail is default.(If fast shipping is required, additional DHL / EMS shipping charges can be paid.) Once we ship your package, we will send you tracking number once it available. The delivery time is from 5-15 working days.

custom taxes and duties

In most cases (But for the most part), you will not be invoiced any custom taxes or duties upon shipment delivery. Indeed, we have all orders packed in small carton boxes, with the mention “gift, no value for customs”. Though, in marginal cases (we recorded 5 cases last year), a shipment can be applied custom taxes and duties. Although we are not liable for those taxes and duties, we always offer our clients a partial compensation solution. Each situation is dealt with case by case by our customer service office.

Only in some very rare case you will have to pay a custom fees or taxes of $10 or $20 for countries like East of Europe or African countries.

After-sales service

 It is unlikely that your package is lost or stolen. If we approve that your Goods disappears, we will resend you another for impenstate. But if the postal service delivers the bags/handbags to the wrong address or you have moved of changed your address without notifying us in advance, we can do nothing to recover your Goods.

If you have made a mistake in ordering a wrong goods and wish to change for a different model,we allow an exchange process within 3 days of receiving the goods and a $25 Handing & shipping cost will apply
